Wondering where I’ve been? I’ve been busy making a blog planner!
(To enlarge the image, right click the image, select ‘open in new tab’ go to the new tab in your internet browser then click on the photo for a close up look)
There are 30 sheets included! You can use them all or only those that work for you!
There’s the option to personalise the cover and spine with your blog name (or your name), or any wording you choose.
I bound my planning pages into a notebook as I found having another binder on my shelf was a taking up too much room and I wanted this planner to be within easy reach when I’m at my desk.
I keep the calendars at the front and use them to note days when I aim to publish posts. You could also use it for non-blog related things like general family planning.
There are few different types of blog planning pages in this set.
A brainstorming/summary blog post planner:
A more detailed post planner with space to outline to do’s, resources and supplies required and space to write notes. In the title box you can write the week or month you are planning the posts for.
Monthly Blogging Schedule (if you prefer this layout to the landscape calendar)
Weekly Blog Planner with space for ample to do’s, your main goal for the week, details of a giveaway (if you are having one) and any advertising you intend to do. Handy lined and dates space for planning blog-related tasks for each day.
Blog Series Planner:
Up to 6 posts per series (or you could just print another page and change the numbers). Record details of the giveaway, advertising and general notes relating to the series.
Blog planner with space to record the date if you find deadlines give you extra motivation to get things done!
There are lots of ‘to do’ checklist pages (I am a BIG fan of checklists!).
Again this is an open ended sheet that you could use weekly, monthly, semi-annually ect.
Blog Post Topics
Blog Improvement Ideas
Advertising and Sponsors:
Social Media Schedule. This can be used to plan all your facebook page updates, tweets, newsletter mail outs ect.
Blog Statistics (record up to 2 years per page so you can track your progress from the previous year)
Write the person’s name in the little box on the right e.g. ‘A’ this makes it easier to find the person you are looking for without printing 1 whole page per letter of the alphabet.
And, as always, some handy note paper!
Did I mention it’s available in 7!! different colours?
Click here if you think these planner pages might work for you!
– When you open the files there will be light blue boxes where you can type in your information (this will NOT remain light blue when printed).
– You can still print and hand-write on the sheets (the blue boxes won’t appear on your printed copy)
– The fillable font is helvetica in black
– The checkboxes are not editable. The forms are intended for filling out on the computer, then printing out and checking each item off as you go
– The actual layout of the printable including pattern, pattern colour, font style, existing text ect. are not editable and cannot be changed
The pages can be printed on A4 and /or letter size (8.5 x 11″) size paper. For tips on printing the pages as half size, A5, filofax or any other page size, please see THIS POST.

Here are some photos of my blog planer that I’ve been meaning to post. I readily admit that I suck at taking photos!
