Firstly, thank you if you have purchased one (or more!) of my products 🙂
If, after downloading your files you’re a little overwhelmed by all the awesome included pages then keep reading!
There are a few options for using the pages. I recommend:
The Arc planner (which I use for my weekly planner) – you can purchase it here. If you are a fellow Aussie, see here – the price for the planners have DOUBLED in one year! 🙁 so you might want to buy it now before the price increases even more
I use a binder such as this one (2 or 3 ring, it doesn’t matter which) for my household binder printables. I recommend clear view binders so you can show off the pretty binder cover printable that is included in most of my planner sets 🙂
Spiral or coil binding (from an office supply store) which I used for my Book of Lists that you can read about here (although I have since transferred this to an A5/half size arc notebook)
Not sure how to set up your planner using my planner pages? I reocmmend the following
Jot down everything you need to organize/need to keep track of and how you want the printables to help you.
For example, if you’ve purchased the budget binder do you prefer to budget weekly, monthly, quarterly? Or both weekly and monthly? If you’re not sure then I would try each method and see which works for you
Another important question: what page size do you prefer? For my weekly planner I prefer full page as this gives me more room to write, but I found that I prefer to print my lists at A5/half page size as I take this notebook with me when I go shopping (it stores all my lists e.g. grocery list, wish lists, errands, to do’s etc.). You can print my planner pages at any size you like including half size, A5, 7 x 9, filofax or any other size you like. See this post for printing tips
Print off everything in the set
(If you purchased one of the larger planner sets such as the budget binder or direct sales planner, I would print each section e.g. savings and parties). If you have purchased a bundle such as the Get It All planner bundle, I would do this one set at a time.I recommend printing in greyscale (black and white). See this post for printing tips or if you’re not sure where to find this option in your printer menu.
Lay out all of the pages, then pick which pages you want to try using
Try out the printables and see what is working and what is not working. Change the order of the pages in your planner (I keep frequently referred to sheets at the front of the binder or notebook). Split the pages into multiple binders/notebooks if need be – this will help you find what you are looking for quicker. I also recommend using tabs and dividers.
Continue tweaking until you have a system that works for you!
I highly recommend printing multiple notes pages (or the anything list if you have purchased this) and keeping in the back of each binder/notebook
Instructions/recommended use for each page in each planner set are included in their respective blog posts which you can find here
